Plot ordered pairs on a Cartesian plane.
A Cartesian plane and a coordinate plane are the same x-y graph. Each ordered pair is written as (x, y): start at the origin, move horizontally using x, then move vertically using y. Positive x moves right, negative x moves left, positive y moves up, and negative y moves down.
For example, plotting (3, -2) means move 3 units right from the origin and then 2 units down. The calculator labels each point so you can connect the ordered pair to its exact position and quadrant.
